4.6 Municipal Waste Thermal Reduction and Power Generation Equipment. This NW plant operated from 1987 until 1996, when it was shut down for reasons relating to environmental regulations, and the following equipment is believed to all be in good working order.

- Deaerator Column: 50 psig ASME steel shell, copper nickel liner
- Storage Tank: 50 psig ASME vessel, 1/4” steel

valve, floar operate make-up water control valve
GE Marine AC Turbine-Generator Equipment
- Turbine: FSN type, 4.6 MW capacity, 5,600 rpm. Manufactured in 1946,
refurbished in 1987, operated till plant closed in 1996. In good working
order.
- Generator: 60 Hz ATB-2 pole type, 4.6 MW capacity, 5,600 rpm
- Controls included (new in 1987)
